I spent a lot of time to find really 18/10 steel cookware. ALLCLAD pots made in the USA pots CookStandard made in China. is all made of stainless steel 18/10. by Customer
These are good heavy pans. As others have said you're cooking at lower temperatures let the pots get hot then add oil / butter then feed. Are easily cleaned. by Mrs Bus Driver
